We're the founders of Calvary Homes, a faith-based home development
company built on a simple belief: a home should be built with purpose,
integrity, and care.
Before starting Calvary Homes, we spent years working alongside some
of America's largest homebuilders. During that time, we learned what it
takes to build quality homes — but we also saw an opportunity to do
things differently.

At the same time, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and care. While our faith is central to who we are, we are honored to serve families from all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life.
For us, building homes has never been just about construction. It’s about creating places where families gather around dinner tables, celebrate milestones, raise children, welcome grandchildren, and build memories that last for generations.

Armando Nava Jr. is a third-generation home builder whose roots in the industry run deep.

Armando Nava Jr. is a third-generation home builder whose roots in the industry run deep. His grandmother built homes in Mexico, while his wife, Pearl Nava, comes from a Cuban family with its own history of building homes. Together, they come from families where real estate, construction, and development have been part of life for generations.
Armando grew up watching his mother build and sell homes alongside his father, surrounded by family members working throughout the industry—from home builders and land developers to real estate professionals and entrepreneurs.
From an early age, Armando learned that building and selling homes is about far more than the transaction. It is about serving families well, protecting their investment, and understanding the responsibility that comes with helping someone choose the place they will call home.
From 2019 through 2025, Armando and Pearl built their careers as real estate professionals. Together, they sold homes and helped families navigate the building process with other developers, contributing to more than 150 homes and gaining firsthand experience in what buyers value, where the building experience can fall short, and what it takes to serve families at a higher level.
Those years became part of the foundation for the next chapter: taking generations of experience, lessons learned in the field, and a commitment to serving families—and putting it all into the homes they build today.
